01 What

Designed and fully documented a mobile robot to retrieve and transport payloads across a defined course for Warman Challenge Australia.

02 How
  1. 01Designed a stepper-driven linear actuation mechanism on a mecanum-wheel base, with a rotating turret arm and gripper.
  2. 02Iterated the CAD through five revisions (REV A–E), detailing 3D-printed PLA parts with slide-fit vs. interference-fit tolerances.
  3. 03Produced a full engineering drawing pack, assembly and component-level.
03 Result
  • Fully integrated drive, actuation, and end-effector in one machine.
  • Complete, manufacturable drawing set.
